26.10.1.md

A big one for interviews and search: AI-drafted interview rubrics, smarter candidate search for hard-to-find roles, multiple suggested replies in your inbox, and LinkedIn sequences that tell you when they need you.

Interviews

  • Draft a rubric with AI. "Create rubric" now opens the same editor as editing one, with a box at the top where you describe what the stage should find out. Agentiv reads the job and your steer, then drafts the criteria, what each one measures, a 5/3/1 scoring guide, weights and a question for every criterion. Edit anything, then save it straight onto the stage.
  • Every video interview gets a meeting link. If no interviewer on a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams round has a connected calendar, the room is created on the scheduler's calendar instead, and interviewers and the candidate are invited from there. If a link can't be created, Agentiv now tells you before saving rather than sending invites without one.
  • Create link button. Missing a meeting link on a scheduled round? Generate one from the job page, and the candidate's prep page picks it up.
  • Venue at a glance. A candidate's Jobs tab now opens expanded, with a chip on each round showing whether it's on Agentiv Meet, Google Meet or Teams.
  • Ratings are never lost. If you rated criteria during a call but didn't answer "continue an earlier scorecard?", your ratings are now saved to a new scorecard when the call ends.
  • Better results for roles with many job titles. Security searches now cover the titles people actually use (SOC analyst, penetration tester, information security officer and more), and fit scoring treats them as close matches. Built to extend to other role families.
  • Search learns from you. When you add candidates from a search, Agentiv learns which job titles recruiters really hire under for that role and includes them in future searches.
  • "Email likely" before you reveal. Results show a faint hint when a work email is likely to be found, so you know before you spend a reveal.
  • Tidier results. In list view the company column widens so company and stage chips stay on one line. In detail view, matched terms sit neatly beside the card actions instead of in a full-width banner.
  • The "Enter to search" hint moved beside Filters, so long briefs no longer type over it.

Inbox

  • Pick from 2–3 suggested replies. Suggested responses now come as options with short labels, like Interested / Not interested or Yes / Not yet. Click one to drop it into your message.

Sequences

  • LinkedIn sign-outs no longer stall sequences silently. If LinkedIn signs you out, your automatic LinkedIn sequences pause, you get a notification, and the sequence shows a "Reconnect LinkedIn" banner. Reconnecting now includes a short guide to keep you signed in.

Pipeline

  • Candidate cards update as soon as a candidate books an interview, showing "Booked" with the date and time.
  • Booked times show in your own time zone.
  • The company logo now sits under the candidate's avatar, leaving more room for fit chips.

Calendar

  • Outlook in locked-down Microsoft 365 organisations. If your organisation requires admin approval to connect apps, Agentiv now shows a link to send your admin, and that one approval covers everything Agentiv needs.
