Share a whole talent pool with a client as one anonymised page, overrule Agentiv's fit calls, hand scorecards to anyone on the team, and get sharper search results. The app also has a calmer, crisper look.
Talent pools
- Shared pool pages. Turn a talent pool into an anonymised, co-branded page you can send to a client or prospect. It summarises roles, seniority, skills and locations, with up to 8 anonymised candidate cards and an "I'm interested" button. A full-screen editor lets you choose the candidates, layout, colours and branding before you publish. Every page you've shared is listed under Talent › Shared pools.
- Lookalike prospect clients. Agentiv suggests companies similar to the clients a pool is built for, so you can tick the ones to target instead of typing them in one by one.
- Faster company pickers. The Built for, Prospect clients and Target companies pickers open straight onto your clients and prospects, and search every company in your CRM as you type.
- Select many at once. Tick every candidate with the header checkbox, or Shift-click to select a range.
- "Add to CRM" on a company pill updates in place, no reload needed, and reloading keeps you on the pool you were viewing.
- Candidates added from search keep their full work history and company logos.
Candidates
- Fit at a glance. A candidate's overview opens with a small card for each live job, showing the fit match and, once scorecards are in, the team's cumulative score.
- Overrule Agentiv's fit call. Right-click any fit pill to set Strong, Good, Partial or Consider yourself, or go back to Agentiv's level. In the fit hover card, click a criterion to mark it met or not. Changes show instantly, survive re-scoring and are recorded in the audit log.
- Interview stills. Interview cards on a candidate's profile show a frame from the recording. Click it to open that interview's review.
- Stay on the same tab. Switching candidate from the breadcrumb keeps you on the tab you were on, such as Jobs.
Interviews and scorecards
- A redesigned live interview. The call now fills the screen. A layout bar switches between side-by-side, speaker with picture-in-picture, and grid. Your questions float over the video in a strip you can move: tick each one off as you ask it, star a strong answer or flag a concern, and use the keyboard to move between questions. The studio has a dark frame so the call stands out, the start screen is simpler, and the call follows you if you move to another page. Transcription and scoring carry on in the background, so scorecards and the AI review work just as before.
- Scorecards that fill themselves in. After an interview, each question you marked as asked gets the candidate's answer on the scorecard, with the time they said it. Anything you've already written is never overwritten.
- Interviews on your phone. Run a live interview from your phone, with a full-screen video call.
- Assign scorecards to anyone. Recruiters on a job, and workspace owners and admins, can choose who fills in a scorecard, and hand a draft to someone else from the card header. Each handover is recorded in the audit log.
- Start an interview from the pipeline. Pick a role in "Start an interview" and its pipeline is listed straight away, strongest fit first, so you can choose a candidate without searching.
Search
- The right engine, picked for you. Search chooses the best engine for what you type, and tells you why on hover. You can still switch between them.
- Location-aware briefs. Searches that say where the company is based, like "a fintech company based in the UK", now only return people in that country.
- Results sit directly on the page, with no extra frame around them.
- Email lookups that hit a temporary provider problem can be retried, instead of showing as "no email found".
Dashboard
- Candidate pack cards. When Agentiv finishes a sourcing run, Recent Activity shows how many candidates it found, how many are strong fits and how many you've moved forward. Click the card to open the saved results without running the search again. People without a photo show their company's logo.
- Hide items from Recent Activity. Hover a row and click the small ✕ to remove it from your feed. Teammates still see it.
- Clicking a scorecard in Recent Activity opens it on the candidate's profile.
Sequences
- The weekly schedule shows Monday to Friday at full width, and adds a weekend day only when something is due then. The active tab and filter are easier to see.
Calendar
- Your calendar colours are yours. A colour you pick for a calendar changes only your view, and it stays the same across reloads and devices. Everyone's default calendar starts as Peacock blue.
Look and feel
- Calmer, crisper default theme. The drifting colour behind the app is gone, so the default theme is clean and neutral in light and dark mode, and text renders more sharply. Themes and accent colours still add personality.
- A softer signature colour. The default Agentiv accent is now a violet-to-rose gradient, matching our website.
- Switching between light and dark mode now sweeps across the screen in a smooth circular reveal instead of snapping.
- Tabs, the candidate slide-out and the sidebar line up and match more consistently.
- Avatars are sized consistently, show company logos where there's no photo, and fall back to initials when a picture won't load.
- Proper link previews. Agentiv links pasted into Slack, Teams or email show the Agentiv name and image, and say what they point to, like "Job: Product Designer".
