Interview invites now always carry the meeting link and can go straight into any calendar. Agentiv also has a new heart, a new sign-in welcome and a refreshed website.
Interviews
- Every invite carries its meeting link. Interviews on Agentiv Meet now include the join link in the calendar invite. When no interviewer has a connected calendar, the scheduler's calendar sends the shared invite for every kind of interview, not only Google Meet and Teams.
- Add to your calendar from any interview email. Interview emails to the team and to candidates, and the 24-hour and 1-hour reminders, have Google, Outlook and Apple (.ics) links that add the interview in one click.
- The Agentiv notetaker's camera tile has the new Agentiv look.
Look and feel
- A new heart. Agentiv's heart is now violet-to-rose, in the browser tab, on the calendar icon and on your home screen when you install the app.
- A fresh welcome. While your workspace gets ready after sign-in, the heart beats, then a different transition carries you into the app each time.
